NOTE: If you reach the meeting point ahead of your slot, the photographer might be engaging with another client. Dial us at 847-386-1223 if you can’t locate them about 5 minutes post your appointment time or need directions.

📝 Photography Agreement:
Two weeks ahead of the event, or upon purchase acknowledgment, we’ll dispatch your photography agreement. Rest assured, we’ve intricately planned for everything!

☔ Rain Policy (Outdoor Sessions):
No reserved rain date. If weather does not cooperate, we will work with you to find a new date and time, or you can use the amount paid for a future session.

🎨 Editing & Delivery:
Anticipate an editing duration of 2-3 weeks. It’s worth the patience! 🌟

👶 Age Guidelines:
It’s preferable if children are a minimum of 6 months old, able to sit unassisted, ensuring the capture of those precious milestones. Younger infants? Bring along a neutral-toned blanket for positioning them, and prepare to cradle them during the shoot.

💳 Booking Policy:
• Purchased slots are non-refundable
• Can’t make it? You may transfer your spot to a friend or family member
• Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to a $50 rescheduling fee
• We aim for maximum flexibility! Transferring your slot to acquaintances or kin is also an option.
